About this event
*Please note: This drive is open to current BMW CCA members ONLY & will have a limit of 45 cars.

We will meet in Hood River and drive east through Mosier up through the hills with breath taking vistas to our first restroom stop in The Dalles. Next is the drive through the twisty canyon roads east of The Dalles. We will return to The Dalles for a restroom stop before travel the historic Columbia River Highway and visiting Rowena Crest Viewpoint. We end the drive where it starts at the Solstice Pizza/Tesla Superchargers parking lot in Hood River. The drive is 120 miles and should take around 3 hours.
An optional late lunch in Hood River will be your choice of Solstice Wood Fire Pizza, Ferment Brewing and select food carts.
Please remember to bring water, snacks and fill your gas tank beforehand. You don't want to run out of fuel out there.
The Fall Drive involves some twisty roads, so it may not be suitable for dogs or those who are prone to motion sickness. We want everyone to have a comfortable experience!
The start time is 10AM. Please don't arrive before 9:30AM (we are still setting up the check-in process)
The mandatory drivers meeting starts at 10:15AM and the first group will depart immediately after.
Start Location: Solstice Wood Fire Pizza 501 Portway Ave. Hood River, OR 97031 (We will meet in the parking lot at the back entrance to Solstice Pizza next to the Tesla Superchargers.)
PLEASE NOTE:
- All *drivers* MUST be pre-registered online and be a current BMW CCA member. No "Day Of" registration is allowed. And no "guest" drivers are allowed.
- You do not need a separate registration for any passengers in your vehicle BUT all drivers AND passengers need to sign the online waiver prior to the event. (see #4)
- Registration is limited to 45 cars.
- ALL DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WHICH IS SEPERATE FROM THE REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT. THERE IS A LINK TO IT AFTER YOU FINISH REGISTERING FOR THE DRIVE.
- Drivers meeting is mandatory.

It all happens on the participants’ personal cell phones. No physical contact is required.
